Agreement between User and SportsLineUnlimited.com
Your use of SportsLineUnlimited.com's services and web site is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and SportsLineUnlimited.com. SportsLineUnlimited.com is comprised of various web pages operated by Line, Inc.
SportsLineUnlimited.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. Your use of SportsLineUnlimited.com constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.

Modification of Terms Of Service
Line, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which SportsLineUnlimited.com are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

You may not use SportsLineUnlimited.com in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair SportsLineUnlimited.com or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of SportsLineUnlimited.com. You may not rebroadcast, reproduce or retransmit any part of the information expressly available to you through your subscription agreement with SportsLineUnlimited.com. This includes the sharing of login information with other parties who are not a part of your immediate household. To protect this information, SportsLineUnlimited.com limits the unique IP addresses accessing a subscribing account to two.
If extenuating circumstances require access by more than two IP addresses for access to members of the same household, you must contact SportsLineUnlimited.com by opening a ticket using our support portal.
Unless a specific allowance has been made, any IP address after the third allowed IP address will not be permitted access to subscription services.

Pricing
All product pricing is subject to change at any time and without notice. Previously purchased products, even unused or as part of packages, will not be affected by price changes.

Discounts and Refund Policy
There are a few instances in which users may qualify for Discounts or Refunds to products. Some of those are set forth by rule in these Terms. Loyal users and/or subscribers to packaged products may be eligible for periodic discounts. You are purchasing access to analysis based upon proprietary software and information. Products are not subject to any return policy and all sales are final. No product or analysis comes with warranty or guarantee and all sales are final. All other refund requests will be subject to the sole discretion of Sports Line Unlimited.
Discounts or Refunds will be given in the form of site credits to be used in the future. The percentage discount applies to the individual product only and not to any packages associated with the product.
Violating our Terms of Service disqualifies you from being eligible for any Refunds.

Use of Communication
SportsLineUnlimited.com contains a Customer Support service to provide open communication between administration and user. You agree that when using this site, you will not, in any manner:
• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
• Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information.
• Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
• Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
• Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
• Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying SportsLineUnlimited.com.
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
SportsLineUnlimited.com reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in SportsLineUnlimited.com's sole discretion.

Account Termination
SportsLineUnlimited.com reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time if SportsLineUnlimited.com decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant law, rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that SportsLineUnlimited.com considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.
If you want to terminate your legal agreement with SportsLineUnlimited.com, you may do so by notifying SportsLineUnlimited.com at any time. Your notice should be sent, in writing via the Contact Us page on the web site. Termination of an account by either party may, yet is not obligated to, result in a cash refund of remaining site credits and unused or unfulfilled products.

Passwords
You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access SportsLineUnlimited.com. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to SportsLineUnlimited.com for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify SportsLineUnlimited.com immediately.
